a company limited by guarantee (registered in England as company number

site for all business correspondence. The company is owned by its members and it's objects are to act
as claimant on behalf of its members and others in respect of losses
suffered from investment in companies in which they have invested.
There are two classes of membership -
"full members" who are statutory members of the company and are expected to
be active supporters of the Group with a substantial interest in the matter,
and "associate members" who simply wish to support the Group, financially or
otherwise. Full membership is only granted by invitation.
Full members must agree to contribute £100 to the debts of the company if it
is ever wound up and there is a deficit at that time. 2.

Group Ltd unless otherwise indicated. All rights are reserved and any
material on this web site must not be reproduced in any form or incorporated
into other work without the written permission of the Group and/or of any
other copyright owner. All requests for rights to use any of the material

page. Permission is however granted for use of any material on this web site
that is owned by the Group for any non-commercial purpose including
